Our items are made to order by hand and can take up 15 business days to assemble and ship. Production begins only when successful payment has been applied to the order. Denied credit card authorizations and mailed payments will delay processing start times.

The estimated delivery date of your product is calculated by combining the production time and delivery method.
We offer FREE 4-6 business day ground shipping within the domestic United States for all orders. If you're extra eager for your Oliver Gal order, we have Expedited 2-day Shipping and Overnight shipping options. If you select Expedited or Overnight delivery for your order, this will not shorten the production time.
Please note that we only ship and deliver expedited options on weekdays and our cutoff for same-day shipping is 12 pm (EST).
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Our warehouse is closed during the below holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days:
All international sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on international orders.

We are continuously working to offer you low shipping rates. For artwork up to and around 26x32 inches - You will be able to review your International shipping cost during checkout before placing your order.
For artwork larger than 26x32 inches - We will contact you with a shipping cost before finalizing and shipping your order.
Our standard international shipping provided to you at checkout may include additional duties and taxes that will be due to the carrier before or at time of delivery. This is dependent upon your countries customs process.
We are happy to offer additional options which may include prepaid duties and taxes. For these rates or any additional shipping requests, including advance quotes, please contact us any time.
Hawaii and Alaska are exempt from free shipping promotions. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority), 2- Day and 1-Day shipping services.
Shipping to PO boxes is available for a custom fee. Shipping to PO boxes is only available via USPS and we will always do our best to get you the lowest shipping rates possible. Please contact us with your information to get a custom shipping quote. The USPS delivers packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. Box. Larger items must be shipped to a street address. We can also ship to an APO address through USPS.
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship items to more than one address, create a separate order for each shipping address.
In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, backorder, or has a long production time, we may hold the rest of your items. As soon as we have all the products in your order, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.
Average transit times are based on orders shipping to addresses in the Continental United States
If your order is damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately. We will ship a new package to you at no charge and have the courier company pick-up the damaged order. If the package is lost during transit, we will ship a new product to you immediately.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.
